Doughty Brace Weight

The Doughty Brace Weight (T61100) is a versatile steel ballast weight designed for stage, scenery and production applications. Finished in black, it features built-in slots for accepting stage braces and can be used with coach eyes to provide a stable support arrangement for scenery panels. It is equally useful as general-purpose ballast wherever a compact, practical weight is required.

Integrated location lugs allow multiple Brace Weights to stack neatly for storage and transportation, while the 29mm diameter centre hole accepts a standard 28mm TV spigot for mounting compatible equipment. A Doughty Knob is available separately under part number S0141, and larger quantities can be stored and transported using the dedicated G3505 Brace Weight Transporter Trolley.
