Doughty Aluminium Truss Adaptors

Doughty Solid Hanging Truss Adaptors offer a compact, high-strength solution with working load limits of 250kg, 500kg or 1000kg. Each model is manufactured from solid high-tensile aluminium and features two slimline half couplers for 48–51mm tubes, together with a Bow Nut for larger hooks. Suitable for truss with tube centres from 207–339mm, the TÜV-approved adaptors are available in polished silver or black powder-coated finishes, with custom sizes also available to special order.

The TÜV-approved Doughty 250kg Rigging Bar (T55790) provides a versatile stand-off rigging point for mounting above or below box truss. Manufactured from solid high-tensile aluminium, it uses two slimline half couplers for 48–51mm tubes and suits tube centres from 239–433mm. Its movable Bow Nut accommodates larger hooks and can be repositioned centrally, allowing the bar to double as a truss adaptor. Finished in black, it is particularly useful for suspending video walls and similar equipment.
